Each order we receive will be processed based on the delivery location, and you will hear from us at every step of the way, i.e., when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. Note - Customers are requested to take video while unboxing to claim any missing products within 24 hours of receipt of the product. As per our policy, the  unboxing video is mandatory to process any refund requests to understand whether it is packing mistake or courier service mistake to initiate refund and to claim the same from our courier partners.
